Being the mother of two energetic stars, running two businesses and keeping your pretty on fleek can be hard but Tynia has it down packed.

LMCC- Your a mom, a business owner and you look flawless every time you step out, how do you manage?

TYNIA- It's not easy with two kids however, I believe that being a mom isn't an excuse or pass for you to step out looking like you just woke up. We live in a image is everything society and first impression are what people remember. Many days I am tired but I don't use that as an excuse. If I have to start getting ready a little earlier that is what I do.

LMCC- What made you want to launch your own lip gloss line?

TYNIA - I have been in love with lip gloss since a child and now as an adult I have used and tried every brand under the sun, so I decided why keep making them owners rich and invest in my own line and brand. I will have creative control of the type, style labeling, packaging etc and it will be my own. I don't only sell my product I wear it also.

LMCC- What do you think sets your lip gloss line aside from others?

TYNIA - I think because it is a mother and daughter line, it will set me aside from others. I also am going for the more natural look with my colors its save for all ages and walks of life. if you're new to wearing make-up, just want a little color on your lips, pre-teen or teenager. As a working mother I cant get a beat face everyday and these glosses just give you a hint of color on the go.

LMCC- How do you feel about other #Prettybosses like yourself?

TYNIA - I think any woman or women you want to be or is currently an entrepreneur is an amazing person. I think if you have a love and a passion for something you should go for it. Today is all about men so when I see another female handling her business it makes me very happy we should all want to own our own businesses we are more then caregivers. I salute every female entrepreneur and I always support

LMCC- If you could sit down with anyone for a hour, dead or alive ;who would it be?

TYNIA - If I could sit down with Oprah Winfrey for an hour ,that would make my entire existence on earth she is the ultimate female mogul and I could learn so much from her.

LMCC- If you had to choose between true love and your business being at its full potential, what would you choose?

TYNIA - I was fortunate enough to have had true love once before, however the point in my life right now I would rather my business be at its full potential.

LMCC- If you had 24 hours to live what would you do?

TYNIA - I would make things right with two people which whom I am currently not speaking with. And spend the hours with my children.

LMCC- Where do you see yourself in five years?

TYNIA - In five years I see myself having a full cosmetic line and being in stores.

LMCC- If you could have any super power, what would you choose and why?

TYNIA- I would want to be able to have a super power that would able me too see the future, so I can see if my five year plan will come to life. And also to be able to put an end to things, especially all the bad going on today.

LMCC- What advice would you give someone who has dreams of starting their own business?

TYNIA- Go for it and don't let anyone tell you not to and or allow the nay Sayers to scare you from your vision and dream. Coke sold 25 bottles when they first started and now look at them.

LMCC- What is your ultimate goal in life?

TYNIA - My ultimate goal is to have both of my businesses operated a chain like Starbucks lol and to be able to leave my kids with them to operate and run once I am gone.
